We investigated and found we can print 4 x 6 labels from Mecari, Facebook and Poshmark using the cropping function in our Mobile app, when those labels are represented in a PDF file format.
We are sorry you had this problem and want to do all we can to quickly resolve it. Please do something to update this issue, I’m sure many are having the same problem. I am definitely starting to regret my purchase. All of this would be avoided if I could just resize to scale on the “edit a label” page. This is larger than what the ZSB printer app will allow you to print for a 4圆 label so I have to download each file, export to my computer, create a new 4圆 canvas in illustrator, insert the shipping label file, save as pdf, export back to the application and THEN I can print. The standard pdf shipping label export for Mercari, Poshmark, and Facebook is half a page (at 4圆 scale). When creating a shipping label from your phone there is no sizing adjustment option for if your label is not set at exactly 4圆.
